- That the financial framework for SP111 should be consistent with the standard framework of guidelines for accountants referred to as Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) includes the standards, conventions, and rules accountants follow in recording and summarizing transactions, and in the preparation of financial statements.
- Detailed accounts along with supporting invoices should be made available upon request.

That SP111 operate to the standard of 4 star international properties which includes:
- Posted staffing schedules
- Job descriptions, job specifications
- Periodic and daily maintenance be scheduled
- Regular staff reviews
- Regular training sessions for staff
- A complaint/compliment log be established so that problems are regularly reported to management
